Home to over a quarter of Britain’s rarest animals and plants, the Broads National Park is truly spectacular and a must-see during your holiday with us. As Britain’s largest protected wetland, the area is a place of fens, marshes and woodlands offering a wide variety of landscapes, wildlife and fauna.
There are numerous walking paths and cycling trails criss-crossing the Broads National Park with a great variety of other outdoor activities also on offer here. Try your luck at fishing, tour historic buildings, manicured gardens and children’s activity centres. Take a boat trip to explore the park from the water or hunker down for a few hours birdwatching in one of the many hides in the area.
For something a little different, visit the Broads National Park at night for a star-gazing experience you won’t forget. The clear unpolluted skies here are great for spotting stars, whether it’s lying back on a blanket or taking a guided tour of the night sky from Seething Observatory, using their telescopes to view the Orion Nebula and more. However you choose to look, we guarantee that evenings spent under star-filled skies will create magical memories to last a life time.
